Managing Partner
Vivek has graduated from Pune University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI] and as an Information Systems Auditor [ISA] in April 2003. He is also qualified as a Cost Accountant in June 1992 from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India, Kolkata and Company Secretary in June 1995 from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi [ICSI].
Vivek has over 35 years post qualification professional experience and over 30 years of teaching experience at post graduate level in Accountancy and Taxation in Pune University affiliated colleges. He has also been co-opted as an Expert Director on the board of a Pune based leading co-operative Bank.
Mr Vivek is recognised by the ICAI as a Business Valuer based on his successful passing of the examination conducted by the Institute. He has also undergone intensive training program on International Taxation conducted by ICAI.

Anil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and became a Partner in the firm in May 2003. With over 23 years of post-qualification experience, Mr. Anil has built a distinguished career in the field of accounting and finance.
He began his professional journey with G.D. Apte & Co., Chartered Accountants, in Pune, where he gained valuable experience over the course of two years. He then advanced his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Pune, where he worked for three years, specializing in the statutory audit of listed companies and public sector undertakings (PSUs). His expertise was further broadened when he served as Manager of Finance at Chordia Food Products Ltd. for a year.
In 2003, Mr. Anil transitioned to his current role as a partner in the firm, where he continues to contribute to the growth and success of the organization with his extensive experience and insight into the accounting profession.

Partner – Indirect Tax
Nikita is a Chartered Accountant (2016) and a Company Secretary (2015) and has graduated from Pune University. Prior to joining the firm, Nikita was associated with Economic Laws Practice (ELP) for over 8 years and holds rich experience in the field of Indirect Tax advisory. She has provided strategic consulting services to multinational companies mainly in auto-components industry, industrial manufacturing and real-estate sector.
Nikita has been extensively involved in multiple reviews/ due diligence/ health checks under various Indirect Tax regulations to identify risks, potential savings and monitor credit hygiene. She also has a wide experience in handling Indirect Tax litigation matters and worked on intricate Customs/Foreign Trade Policy related matters. Nikita is regularly representing corporates in interaction with the Authorities while executing audits, assessments, refunds/ rebate, appeals, notices, etc.

Prakash qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and became a Partner at the firm in December 2013. With over 30 years of post-qualification experience, Prakash has established a distinguished career in the banking industry.
Prior to joining the firm as a partner, he held various key positions in the banking sector, where he gained extensive expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic operations. His vast experience in the industry has enabled him to bring invaluable insight to the firm, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
